Where is TappTask available?

How are providers verified?
Every provider completes identity verification before they can accept a single job. On top of that, ratings and reviews come only from customers with real bookings, so quality is visible before you book.
How do payments work?
You pay securely in the app using trusted South African payment methods. The price is shown before you confirm, you get a receipt for every job, and providers are paid once the work is done — no cash, no invoices, no awkwardness.
Is TappTask on iPhone?
The Android app is live now on Google Play. The iOS version is in Apple's review pipeline and coming soon — email hello@tapptask.co.za and we'll let you know the day it lands.
What does it cost my estate?
Nothing. TappTask is free for estates and residents to adopt. We earn a small service fee on completed bookings, so we only do well when the work gets done well.
